Criminal record

If you are considering voting for Sheriff Alex Villanueva or Sheriff Gavin Newsom, you should be aware of their criminal records. The list of arrests is quite long, and the alleged sex-related offenses are innumerable.

However, Sheriff Alex Villanueva has a well-documented pattern of misogyny. In one particularly inexplicable incident, Villanueva refused to comply with a subpoena from an oversight commission. This was on top of his refusal to enforce COVID vaccine mandates and his refusal to obey a state statute requiring a mask for her officers.

He also voted to appoint his sister to the Planning Commission, which is a very dubious choice. Among other things, she has been caught on tape lying about a bribe she received to allow a local business to use an airport hangar.

There are many others, including the infamous former Councilman Jose Huizar, whose 34-count indictment for federal corruption charges is being touted as a turning point in the county’s anti-corruption movement. Also, it is a matter of public record that former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villanueva is on the FBI’s most wanted list, and his campaign has been under investigation by the LAPD for its ties to a gang of violent criminals.

Sodomization

Julio Ramirez was an infamous criminal from Southern California. He was convicted of murder, sodomization, rape, and attempted murder. His mugshot appeared on every major newspaper in California and nationally on TV news bulletins.

Originally from Texas, Ramirez was a drug addict who had a history of traffic violations in Los Angeles. He was also suspected of thievery as a teenager. However, police could not prove he had stolen anything.

In January 1985, Ramirez was on probation. He was working as a youth volunteer in his community. One day, he decided to steal a car. Then he was attacked by a mob of local thugs. It was discovered that he had a needle and syringe hidden in his rectum.

After his arrest, Ramirez was charged with a number of felonies. These included burglary of a home in Monrovia, robbery of Thomas Sandova, and sodomization of an eight year old child.

The trial for Ramirez was a horror show. The courtroom observers wept when the survivors testified. Several of the victims’ heads were nearly severed.

Threatening to kill

This will probably be a tense time for the 41-year-old, whose parents were killed in the Choco department on December 5.

Although Julio Ramirez was a felon, he has the potential to face a far more draconian penalty. For instance, he is banned from possessing firearms, and his crimes may carry over to federal prison. If he is caught, he might be lucky to escape a solitary confinement sentence, which is akin to a death sentence in some states. However, the specter of a possible second degree assault is very real. In addition, he is likely to be targeted by gang members for his association with a number of prominent Brooklyn politicians.

Death

Several years ago, Julio Ramirez left the Ritz Bar and Lounge on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. He was a social worker, but he was also a regular visitor to the popular gay bar. Eventually, he was found dead.

While he was at home, he allegedly overdosed on drugs. After the death, his bank accounts were empty. His family began a search for answers. They hoped the police could help. But it turned out that there was nothing they could do.

The only witness to the incident is Francisco Villa Leon. He was part of a group of men leaving the popular gay bar. Some of the others were spewed threats. Others claimed to be police officers. When they reached the townhouse, the group got into a car. One man knocked the dog unconscious. Another man tried to strangle the victim with an electric cable.

The medical examiner’s office will determine the cause of the death. It will take several months to get all the results. However, there are inconsistencies in the investigation.
